What are the after-school program's hours?
SafeCare centers operate Saturday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and the after-school afternoon block — homework, handwriting, and art — runs within those hours.
Will you pack a snack, or should I send one?
Right now, parents and guardians pack and send their child's snacks and meals for the day. Caregivers supervise mealtimes, help with feeding as needed, and log what and how much your child ate in the app, with allergies and preferences recorded on their profile — so nothing gets missed even though we're not cooking it ourselves yet.
How do you make sure a stranger can't pick up my child?
Only the guardians you've listed and verified can ever collect your child, checked through the SafeCare app at every pickup. This is the same safeguard used across all SafeCare services, not a scaled-down version for after-school hours.

How do I pay, and is it safe to pay online?
Online payments go through SSLCommerz (cards) or bKash, both licensed Bangladeshi payment processors — SafeCare never stores your card number or wallet PIN. Before any online payment you'll need to tick a box agreeing to the Terms, Privacy Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, and payment is blocked until you do.
