Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 12 September 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Safe Care Services website (safecarebd.com), our childcare and family-care services, the SafeCare parent app, and any online payments made to Safe Care Services. Please read them carefully. By visiting our website, enrolling a child, making a payment, or using the SafeCare app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. About Safe Care Services
Safe Care Services ("SafeCare", "we", "us", or "our") is a childcare and family-care company based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, operating under Trade License No. TRAD/DNCC/027461/2024. We started in 2020 as "Safe Day Care" in Mirpur, Dhaka, and have grown into a wider family of care services while staying rooted in the same neighbourhood.
Our registered and flagship address is House-60, Road-06, Section-12, Block-A, Pallabi, Mirpur, Dhaka-1216, Bangladesh. You can reach us at +880 1700-761332 or support@772inc.com. Our centers operate Saturday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
2. Definitions
To keep these Terms easy to follow, a few words are used with a specific meaning throughout this document:
"Services" means any of the childcare, family-care, catering-in-development, training, or software offerings described in Section 4, whether delivered at a SafeCare center, at a client site, or through the SafeCare app. "App" means the SafeCare parent app (and, where applicable, the SafeCare software platform licensed to partner organisations). "Center" means any physical SafeCare location where care is provided, including our Pallabi, Mirpur flagship address and any other branch we operate or partner with. "Guardian" means a child's parent or legal guardian, or another adult a parent or legal guardian has formally authorised to act on their behalf for enrollment, pickup, or billing purposes. "Enrollment" means the process by which a child is registered for one of our Services, completed once the required forms are submitted and accepted and any applicable fees are settled. "Fees" means any amount payable to SafeCare for Services, including registration, tuition, program, or one-time event charges.
3. Eligibility and enrollment
Our day care service is available for children aged 6 months to 8 years; other Services (such as after-school programs, event and drop-in care, or elder care) have their own eligibility criteria, which our team will confirm with you before enrollment.
Enrollment must be initiated by a Guardian. By enrolling a child, you confirm that you are that child's parent or legal guardian, or that you have the legal authority to enroll them, and you consent to SafeCare providing care and (where relevant under Section 9) emergency medical treatment to that child.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at enrollment and to keep it updated — including contact details, emergency contacts, authorised guardians, allergies, and medical conditions. Enrolling with false or incomplete information may put your child at risk and may result in suspension or termination of Services.
Enrollment is confirmed only once we have accepted your completed enrollment form and any required fees have been paid. SafeCare reserves the right to decline or limit enrollment where a center has no capacity, where a child's care needs cannot be safely met at a given location, or for other reasonable operational or safety reasons, which we will explain to you where possible.
4. Description of services
SafeCare currently offers the following Services, subject to availability at each center:
Day Care for children aged 6 months to 8 years; Corporate Day Care arranged with employer partners for their staff's children; Event & Drop-in Care for short-term or occasional supervision; After-School Programs for school-age children; Meals & Nutrition support during the care day (see Section 10 for exactly what this includes today); Training & Workshops for parents, caregivers, and childcare professionals; Elder Care for aging family members; and Domestic Help Placement, connecting families with vetted household help.
Not every Service is offered at every center, and schedules, staffing, and pricing can vary by location. We will confirm exactly what is available to you, and on what terms, before you enroll or book.
5. Fees, billing & invoicing
The fee schedule applicable to your child's enrollment — including registration fees, tuition, and any program-specific charges — is communicated to you at the time of enrollment, either in writing, through the SafeCare app, or both. Please review it carefully before confirming enrollment.
Billing follows the cycle agreed at enrollment (for example, monthly invoicing). Invoices are issued digitally through the SafeCare app where available. Fees are due by the date shown on the invoice.
Late payment may result in a reminder notice, temporary suspension of Services, or, in continued non-payment, withdrawal of your child's enrollment, at SafeCare's discretion and after reasonable notice to you. We would always rather work with you to resolve a payment issue than suspend care — please contact your center if you are facing difficulty paying on time.
If we need to change our fees, we will give you reasonable advance notice before the new fees take effect for your ongoing enrollment. Fee changes will not be applied retroactively to periods already invoiced and paid.
6. Online payments
Where you choose to pay online, payments are processed through SSLCommerz (for card payments) and bKash (for mobile wallet payments), both licensed Bangladeshi payment processors. SafeCare does not see, collect, or store your full card number or your bKash PIN at any point — these are entered directly into the payment processor's own secure system, not ours.
Before any online payment can be completed, you must tick a checkbox — left blank by default — confirming that you have read and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Return & Refund Policy, each linked at the point of payment. Payment cannot proceed until this box is checked.
Refunds for online payments, where approved, are handled under our separate Return & Refund Policy, which sets out the process and timelines (approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days).
7. The SafeCare parent app
Families enrolled at a SafeCare center are given access to the SafeCare app, which supports guardian-verified pickup, live meal/nap/activity/photo updates, digital invoicing, and a bilingual (English/Bangla) interface. The app works on any phone as an installable web app — no app-store download is required. Native iOS and Android apps are in development and not yet released; we will update these Terms and notify users when they launch.
Access to the app is granted for the personal, non-commercial use of a child's Guardians, so you can stay informed about your child's day and manage pickup, billing, and communication with your center. You agree to use the app only for these purposes and not to attempt to access another family's data or another center's records.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at support@772inc.com or +880 1700-761332 if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
We may suspend or restrict app access where we reasonably believe it is being used to compromise the safety, privacy, or wellbeing of children or staff, to misuse the guardian-verification or pickup features, or in violation of these Terms.
8. Attendance, pickup & guardian verification
For your child's safety, only Guardians listed on your child's profile in the SafeCare app may collect them from a center. Pickup is verified through the app, and our staff may also request photo ID to confirm the identity of the person collecting a child, even if they are listed.
If someone who is not on the authorised guardian list needs to collect your child — for example, a relative or family friend on a particular day — you must update the guardian list in the app, or notify your center directly, before that pickup takes place. We may decline to release a child to anyone not verified through the app or otherwise authorised in advance.
Please keep your guardian list current. Removing someone from the list (for example, after a change in custody or family circumstances) takes effect once updated in the app or confirmed with your center in writing.
9. Health, safety & medical emergencies
We follow reasonable exclusion practices to protect all children in our care — a child showing symptoms of a contagious illness (fever, vomiting, rash, or similar) may not be able to attend that day, and we may ask you to collect a child who becomes unwell while in our care.
You agree to disclose, accurately and completely, any allergies, medical conditions, medications, or special care needs your child has, and to keep this information updated in the app or with your center. Undisclosed or inaccurate medical information can put your child at serious risk, and SafeCare is not responsible for outcomes arising from information that was not disclosed to us.
In a medical emergency, our first step is always to attempt to reach a Guardian using the contact details on file. If a Guardian cannot be reached in time and a child needs urgent medical attention, you authorise SafeCare staff to seek emergency medical treatment on your child's behalf, including transport to the nearest appropriate medical facility, acting in your child's best interests. We will continue trying to reach you and will inform you as soon as possible.
10. Meals & nutrition
SafeCare centers do not currently prepare or serve daily meals to children. Parents and guardians are responsible for packing and providing their child's meals, snacks, and tiffin for the day. Our caregivers supervise mealtimes, assist with feeding where needed, and log what and how much each child ate in the SafeCare app, so you always know how your child's day went.
Allergies and dietary preferences you disclose are recorded on your child's profile so caregivers can help keep mealtimes safe — but because meals are packed by families, you remain responsible for what food is sent with your child.
We are actively working on a dedicated child-friendly catering program to bring fresh, nutritious meals to daycare and childcare centers across Dhaka — including centers beyond our own. This is a near-term part of our roadmap and is not yet available; we will update this section and notify families when it launches.
11. Cancellations, withdrawal & changes to enrollment
You may request to change your child's program, schedule, or center, or to withdraw them from enrollment, by contacting your center directly or through the SafeCare app. We ask that you give as much advance notice as reasonably possible, so we can plan staffing and, where relevant, release your child's place to another family on our waitlist.
Refunds relating to cancellations, withdrawal, or changes in enrollment are handled under our separate Return & Refund Policy, which you can review before making any payment and which is linked wherever you make an online payment.
12. Parent and guardian conduct
We ask all parents, guardians, and visitors to treat our staff, other families, and children with respect, and to follow each center's safety, hygiene, and pickup procedures.
SafeCare reserves the right to refuse service to, or suspend the enrollment of, any family whose conduct — or the conduct of anyone acting on their behalf — endangers the safety or wellbeing of children or staff, involves harassment or abuse of our team, or seriously disrupts the operation of a center. Wherever possible, we will discuss any concerns with you first and give you an opportunity to address them before taking such action.
13. Photos & media
Photos and videos of your child shared through the SafeCare app during the care day are provided solely for your own family's use, so you can see your child's activities, meals, and moments through the day. They are not to be redistributed publicly by you without appropriate care for other children who may appear in them.
If SafeCare wishes to use a photo or video of your child for public marketing purposes — such as on our website, social media, or promotional materials — we will always ask for your separate, written consent first. In-app updates for your own family's viewing are never treated as consent for public use, and you are free to decline any request for public use without affecting your child's enrollment.
14. Intellectual property
All content on our website and in the SafeCare app — including text, graphics, logos, the SafeCare name and branding, software, and design — is owned by SafeCare or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view and use our website and app for their intended personal purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from our website, app, or software platform, or use our branding, without our prior written permission.
15. Third-party services & links
Some parts of our Services rely on third-party providers, including our payment processors (SSLCommerz and bKash) and our technology partner, 772 Inc, a US company that built parts of our platform. SafeCare is also the exclusive Bangladesh partner of Amarjibon, an AI matchmaking app by 772 Inc, and our website may link to amarjibon.com.
Our website and app may otherwise contain links to third-party websites or services for your convenience. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site, including amarjibon.com or any payment processor's own platform. Visiting a linked site is at your own discretion and risk, and does not imply our endorsement of that site.
16. Limitation of liability
We take extensive precautions to keep the children and families in our care safe, and our staff are trained accordingly. Even so, to the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Bangladesh, SafeCare's total liability for any claim arising from or relating to our Services is limited to the Fees actually paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
SafeCare is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any failure to perform our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, strikes, power or internet outages, government action, or public health emergencies.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under the laws of Bangladesh, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our proven negligence.
17. Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. If a dispute arises between you and SafeCare relating to these Terms or our Services, we encourage you to first raise it with your center or contact us directly at support@772inc.com so we can try to resolve it together in good faith.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through good-faith discussion, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
18. Severability & entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under the laws of Bangladesh, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SafeCare regarding your use of our website, app, and Services, and supersede any prior understandings on the same subject.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example as our Services, app, or applicable law change. The current version is always available on this page, with the "last updated" date shown above. Where changes are significant, we will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled families through the app or by email. Continued use of our website, app, or Services after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
