These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Safe Care Services website (safecarebd.com), our childcare and family-care services, the SafeCare parent app, and any online payments made to Safe Care Services. By using our website, enrolling a child, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Safe Care Services
Safe Care Services ("SafeCare", "we", "us") operates registered daycare, after-school, corporate childcare, meal delivery, training, and elder-care services in Dhaka, Bangladesh, under Trade License No. TRAD/DNCC/027461/2024.
2. Our services
We provide day care, corporate day care, event and drop-in care, after-school programs, meal delivery and catering, training and workshops, elder care, and domestic help placement, as described on our website. Availability, schedules, and pricing may vary by center and are confirmed directly with our team before enrollment.
3. Enrollment and fees
Enrollment is confirmed once a completed inquiry or enrollment form is submitted and accepted by our team, and any applicable fees are paid. Fees, billing cycles, and payment methods (including online payment via SSLCommerz and bKash) are communicated at the time of enrollment or invoicing.
4. Online payments
Online payments made through our website or the SafeCare parent app are processed securely through SSLCommerz and bKash. We do not store your card or mobile-wallet credentials — these are handled entirely by our licensed payment partners.
Before confirming any online payment, you will be asked to read and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Return & Refund Policy by checking a consent box. Payment cannot be completed until this box is checked.
5. The SafeCare parent app
Families enrolled at a SafeCare center may be given access to the SafeCare parent app, which provides updates on meals, naps, activities, and photos, along with secure guardian-verified pickup and digital invoicing. Access is provided for the personal use of the child's parents or guardians and may be suspended if used in a way that compromises the safety or privacy of children or staff.
6. Cancellations and changes
Families may request to change or cancel enrollment by contacting their center directly. Refunds for eligible payments follow our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Conduct and safety
We ask all parents, guardians, and visitors to follow our centers' safety and pickup procedures, including guardian verification. We reserve the right to refuse or suspend service where necessary to protect the safety of children or staff.
8. Limitation of liability
While we take extensive precautions to keep children safe, Safe Care Services' liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the "last updated" date shown above.
