You can check in without leaving the ceremony or session
Caregivers log activity and photo updates in the parent app during the booking, so you can glance at your phone from the stage or the conference floor and know your child is fine.
Meals stay in your hands
SafeCare centers don't cook meals yet, so pack a tiffin or snack for the hours booked. Caregivers supervise mealtimes, help with feeding, and log what and how much each child ate — allergies go on the child's profile beforehand.

Tell us the occasion
Call +880 1700-761332 or email info@safecarebd.com with the date, the hours you need, and how many children (and ages) are involved. For events, let us know the venue and expected headcount so we can staff it properly.

We confirm and set up
For drop-in care, bring your child to our Mirpur center within our Saturday-Thursday, 8 AM-7 PM hours. For events, our caregivers arrive early and set up the childcare corner at your venue before guests do.

Pack a tiffin and hand off with verification
Send a snack or meal for the hours booked, then hand off your child — we'll register the approved guardians in the app so pickup is locked to the people you name.

Check in, then collect in person
Follow photo and activity updates in the parent app during the booking. At the end, only a listed, verified guardian can collect the child — checked through the app every time.

Can I drop my child off for just two or three hours, or does it have to be a full day?
Just the hours you need. Event & Drop-in Care has no minimum stay and no enrollment — you book around your schedule, not the other way around.
We're hosting a wedding — can you set up a kids' area at the venue itself, not at your center?
Yes, that's exactly what this service is for. Our caregivers travel to your venue — wedding hall, conference space, or event site — and run a supervised childcare corner there for the hours you specify.
Will my child be fed if the booking runs through a mealtime?
SafeCare centers don't prepare meals yet, so please pack a tiffin or snack for the hours booked. Caregivers supervise mealtimes and help with feeding, and they log what and how much your child ate in the app so you always know. Let us know about any allergies in advance.
For a one-time event booking, who's actually allowed to pick up my child afterward?
The same rule as our full-time daycare applies: only the guardians you list are ever allowed to collect a child, and it's verified through the SafeCare app — even for a single hourly or event booking.
What hours and days can we actually book?
Saturday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Share your preferred window when you contact us and we'll confirm availability.
