Is this medical care or nursing?
No — SafeCare's Elder Care is non-medical. Our caregivers provide companionship, daily-activity support, and respite care, not clinical nursing or medical treatment. For medical needs, please arrange a qualified healthcare provider separately.
Is the care given at home or at a center?
Elder Care covers both — in-home companionship and daily-activity support, plus senior day programs. Call us at +880 1700-761332 and we'll talk through which arrangement fits your parent best.
Can we book just a few hours, like respite while I'm travelling?
Yes — respite care is one of our core Elder Care offerings, built exactly for family caregivers who need a trusted stand-in for a few hours, a full day, or while away.
How do we pay, and is it safe?
You pay online through SSLCommerz (cards) or bKash, both licensed Bangladeshi payment processors. SafeCare never stores your card number or wallet PIN, and you'll always tick a box confirming you've read our Terms, Privacy Policy, and Return & Refund Policy before any payment is taken.
What if the arrangement doesn't work out — can we get a refund?
